About Grenville:

Grenville Blackett was born in Barbados and started his hospitality career at the age of sixteen. He worked as the Restaurant Supervisor at the Sandy Lane Hotel before immigrating to the United States in 1980. Grenville was then hired to work for Donald trump at Trump hotel and Casino as Trump Executive Butler. He has worked for Four Season's Hotel as Assistant Restaurant Manager, and with ClubCorp as Food and Beverage Director, where he worked for eleven years. Grenville attended Drexel University to study for Hotel Manager, and completed a series of culinary, food and beverage workshops.

Grenville also has a passion for wine and has visited the wine regions of France, the wine countries of Italy, Canada and California. Grenville sponsored many wine tasting, wine workshops and wine dinners. Grenville created menus and matched food with wine.
